The app ensures that users only take photos of themselves via the camera and use it as their profile photo. Profile photo is compulsory to complete the registration process. This is to make users feel comfortable seeing the person they are dealing with.
Tasker is only paid when both the tasker and the hirer confirms the completion of the task. In order to protect the Tasker, the Tasker must ensure that the hirer pays at least 50% of the agreed bill as a commitment to the project before commencing. Once a tasker is hired, he/she can generate an invoice for the hirer in the system. Please do well to contact us whenever you are having issues with a hirer or a tasker about completing task or payment.
If you are to meet for a face to face task please follow these security tips:
1. Inform a friend or relative about the meeting and where
2. Capture the profie photo of the one you are meeting and share it together wih the person's phone number with the relative or friend
3. Meet at public places
4. Compare the profile photo of the one you meet and that on the JobOrt app. If it's not the same, excuse yourself
5. Share your location with the relative or friend after meeting the person
6. Be vigilant and cautious
